We ship only within the Continental U.S.
Please note, we ship by USPS, so please provide an actual physical residential or business address, but not a post office box. Include your phone number and email address in case we need to contact you for any questions about your order.
Once we receive your order, your Joanie Char fashions will be shipped from our facility within five business days. Please allow approximately 14-16 business days for your package to arrive by USPS. Shipping by USPS to street addresses only. If you have questions, please call.
Shipping costs include shipping and handling fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

We believe you will be delighted with your Joanie Char purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return new, unworn garments within seven days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please note, return shipping costs are not refundable.
